This a.m. I took off the splint (it’s too early and I didn’t want to wake you up on a Sat a.m.) and WOW! My nose is perfect! it is EXACTLY the result I desired! It is the perfect nose for my facial structure. . . . and the greatest part is that unless someone pays close attention to it no one can tell I had it operated 6 days ago!. . . . . a singular achievement indeed and speaks volumes of your surgical skills. . . . IT’S AS IF YOU READ MY MIND regarding the type of nose I wanted!………you are a wizard, my friend (I must strain myself before I get too effusive and make myself appear foolish!!!). . . . . . . Words have never been a problem for me but even I’m at a loss for words to thank you. . . .
You have made me proud of my nose (I know how foolish it sounds but it is exactly my sentiment at the moment!) And I am proud of your confidence as well as your friendship. Being so young I have no doubt in 10-15 yrs you WILL be one of the best plastic surgeons in the country (i.e. the world). . . but please do not let my effusive drivel(!) lead to complacency…
