After spending time going to multiple plastic facial surgeon consultations, spending money, getting overwhelmed with the fact that no doctor was willing to do something with my bulbous nose that didn't involved general anesthesia one day I found this doctor on You Tube. I went for a consultation with Dr. Janjua at Bedminister, NJ. He didn't assume what I didn't like he asked me what I didn't like from my nose. He was nice and clear open tipplasty with local anesthesia at his office. This was exciting for me finally I was going to fix my nose. I didn't come out of that office before booking my surgery appointment. The open tipplasty local anesthesia procedure was painless and the recovery was acceptable. The staff were pleasant and helpful. They communicated all information before the scheduled procedure. By the time I arrived I was well informed. I did not get a full rhinoplasty as I didn’t want a very obvious change in shape, and didn’t want the recovery/anesthesia it would have required. My nostrils are a lot smaller now and I couldn’t be more pleased with the result! People seem to notice there is something different about me, but do not accuse me of having had a procedure.

I've had my first scar excision on the right cheek performed by Dr Janjua three months ago. I must say that I'm really happy with the results and they way the scar was closed up, therefore i'm looking forward to have the other scars excised soon.
