That, of course, is extremely important, but I also thank you for your calm, reassuring manner and taking the time to answer my questions and reassure me that all would be well.
This is my first surgery experience since the c-section birth of my youngest child 28 years ago! So, needless to say, I was a little nervous about the whole idea of plastic surgery for the basal cell cancer on my lip and neck.
I knew it needed to be done but couldn’t help but wish it would all go away. However, both you and Lilly prepared me so well for the procedure that I felt ready on Monday morning. When Morristown Medial Center called to let me know what to expect, what to do, etc, I already knew most of what they had to tell me.
You and your staff are an excellent team – from the front desk to patient rooms, everyone does their job with a caring and skilled approach. I am very grateful that I was referred to you and I hope I get to pass your name on to other friends.
