The time you took with me in setting expectations led to a realistic vision of how I would look, post-surgery. And the surgery – it was much easier than I anticipated. The ‘cocktail’ of items you prescribed certainly helped in minimizing the bruising and making things go smoothly. Your ‘bedside manner’ is fabulous and I felt 100% secure and comfortable in your care at all times. I loved operating room music.
